About The Gathering at Edale

The Gathering at Edale is located on a private farm at the foot of Kinder Scout in the famous Peak District National Park.

Joining us for the weekend will be David Sye of Yogabeats, one of the most appreciated Yoga masters both in the UK and Worldwide. David is wise, authentic and his experience working in all manner of ancient traditions will guide you through your journey.

Retreat Programme

Every morning we prepare for the day ahead with traditional yogic practices involving the breath, movement and contemplation. We get off the mats and into ceremonies that can deepen our connection with ourselves, each other and the world around us.

Additionally over the weekend you can participate in guided walks, wild swimming or just enjoying the beautiful surroundings that Edale has to offer.

In the evenings we will sit around campfires, with conversations flowing into the night.

Friday night

16.30 – Arrival and check-in

Saturday

14.30 – Vision Quest in Edale
17.30 – Late afternoon session including tequila and Sufi dance
19.30 – Evening meal
21.00 – Fire, luxury hot chocolate, magic under the stars, the unraveling of mysteries and how to creatively transform dreams into reality

Accommodation & Food

The Gathering accommodation includes luxurious tented safari lodges and a Victorian shooting lodge.

Ange Gordon of the loquacious Baker, Liecester takes great pride in awakening your senses with combinations of flavours, and will carefully prepare your meals throughout the day.

Included in the price for the weekend are all meals, wine and refreshments, accommodation and activities. Payment options are always available, please do get in touch to arrange if necessary.

Things to do

Located in the fabulous Peak District at start of the Pennine Way, the countryside is yours to explore with no restrictions.

Roam the heather moorland with its waterfalls and rocky crags. Just down the lane from The Gathering are the country pubs and cafes of Edale village.
